Why is this needed:

The create silence endpoint supports passing matchers and comment via GET parameter:

https://grafana/alerting/silence/new?alertmanager=Alertmanager&matcher=alertname%3DSslCertificateExpire

What would you like to be added:

The create silence endpoint should support the duration GET parameter which pre-seeds the duration field:

https://grafana/alerting/silence/new?alertmanager=Alertmanager&matcher=alertname%3DSslCertificateExpire&duration=1h

Who is this feature for?

I would like to add direkt links to slack messages, e.g. silence for 1h, 6h, 12h and so on
