Customise the Textinput Bar

I am using TextInput to do the comment function. So I want to have a send button at the right of the TextInput and It can have the same behavior with the TextInput(animate together)

Why it is needed

I just want to know does anyone know how to do it, anyone ever Implement this? please give me a simple example. Thanks

It really helps if you could describe from a technical POV how this new feature would work, which code it rely on, etc
