Issue

The 'samples per complex' input on the web UI doesn't seem to work. It defaults to 10 predictions regardless of what I set. When I set 'samples per complex' to 1 or 100, I still only get 10 predictions. However, when I update the 'samples per complex' in a parameters file and upload this to the web UI, then I get the correct number of predictions.

Expected Behavior

  • When a parameters file is NOT uploaded, then the 'samples per complex' value from the web UI should be used.
  • When a parameters files is uploaded, then the 'samples per complex' input should be disabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Pull the DiffDock image v1.1.3 and start a container.
  2. Run the web UI.
