[severity:It bothers me. A fix would be nice] [regression] [worked-in:17.9]
I set the "Prefer implicit object creation when type is apparent" option to "no".

Nonetheless, VS analyzer displays a suggestion that the "'new' expression can be simplified".

Please fix.
