Display seconds with 2 digits always.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's really a visual thing -- when displaying an AGE which is low enough to show seconds (below 10m), the size of the output text changes when the minute rolls over -- say from 5m58s to 6m2s, instead of 6m02s. This causes "movement" on the screen which catches my eye and I'm left wondering what just changed.
It's a small thing, but it certainly catches me out often enough.

When the AGE value is low under 10m always display 2 digit seconds, displaying from 00s, 01s, ... up to 59s

There aren't really any alternatives. It's just a zero-padding thing
