Dashboard card for OpenShift has text element overlaying another

Bug description

On dashboard view of Openshift Local the version text and the instruction text are overlaying one another, and are effectively unreadable for some window sizes.

1. Install openshift extension, initialize and start it.
2. Stop the cluster
3. Go to dashboard
4. Text clipping on the Openshift card.
