点选【强制删除文件】，实际挂载目录uploads中的文件并没有被删除 #2084

其中分为两种情况

A 存储策略设置为 Default storage policy
此时选择【强制删除文件】，页面上看不到文件了，但是实际uploads中还能看见文件
重新上传相同的文件或同名的文件不受影响

B 存储策略设置为不开启重命名
此时选择【强制删除文件】，页面上看不到文件了，但是实际uploads中还能看见文件
并且重新上传相同的文件或同名的文件受影响，会提示无法上传

归根接底还是文件没有进行实际删除的原因
