Improve upload button prominence

As a user, I want the upload button to be easy to hit, because I use it all the time.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Upload button is more prominent
• Upload button is better separated from logout button

The upload button is more prominent now, but unfortunately still next to Logout.

It's a small thing but I agree with the OP. In a future version of TRAM I'd like to have a more traditional navigation system and make the logout button (and all destructive actions) either harder to trigger by accident.
