Didn't consider it but having jvm clients like http://www.julienviet.com/reactive-pg-client/guide/kotlin/ we could create a new Publisher pushing to PostgreSql

Hi @cdsap sorry for the late reply, I have decided to proceed with InfluxDB instead of Postgres, however, I still think it's quite a common datastore and it would be great if Talaiot supported it.
