Amazing work Bryant !
I have been looking around for something that good for weeks !
If I may suggest something, an internationalization i18n from Directus would be awesome. I have no idea how to deal with that.
Also, make a demo of how to use/fetch relationships would be great.

Directus does has support for Translation Strings but I've not had a real go with it. Also found this inside the documentation https://docs.directus.io/contributing/translations.html#app-translations

Also, make a demo of how to use/fetch relationships would be great.

Have you had a look at the Directus API documentation? Their API makes it super easy to fetch relational data.
