It could be nice to support pnpm as package manager, in addition of npm and yarn

Currently, I need to fix tests, and everything should work ;)

I finished my work, pull request is already sent, everything depends on @bitjson

But if you really need this, you can clone my fork of this repo and install it globally on your device 😉
