Download book from the scratch are not auto download

Hentoid Version: 1.19.0 (709)

Device/Android Version: android 13

Issue details / Repro steps: like the title said. After issues with 1.18.0 have been fix I have to download few pictures set from scratch (300+). The auto downloaded feature are not working with it, I have to manually click download button to command hentoid to download the book.

And if I don't remember wrong this happened in the pass version.
