Feature Request / Improvement

It is understood that Rest Catalog(like Unity Catalog) does not depend on Hadoop EcoSystem.
Unity catalog looks good because it does not depend on the Hadoop ecosystem.
I would like the Iceberg documentation to explain Rest Catalog(like Unity Catalog) first when using Iceberg in engines(spark, flink, trino, etc.) other than Apache Hive .
