sponsorblock freeze the YouTube player seeker bar

Steps to reproduce:

I added a add-on sponsorblock.
I played a video, than tried to change video play time with seeker bar.

Actual results:

YouTube video player seeker bar got freeze.

Expected results:

Normally change video play back time with seeker bar

I had reported something similar in the past ( #1962 ), at one point it seemed like it was fixed, but recently, it started to make seeking on Android choppy again, so unfortunately, I had to disable SponsorBlock on my Android FireFox.

Does it have to interfere with the seekbar on Android? It's not like people would submit things on the tiny Android phone screen. So, maybe it's better to have an option not to change the seekbar at all on Android.
