Cannot install correctly on Python 3.9.13

To reproduce

Type "pip install aim==3.15.1" under the cmd terminal

Expected behavior

Installation successful

Environment

  • Aim Version: 3.15.1
  • Python version: 3.9.13
  • pip version: 22.2.2
  • OS: Windows 10

Additional context

Hi @zhimin-z. Aim do not support Windows just yet.
You can check-out this PR: #2415; @2-5 did amazing job to add support for Windows.

I am getting same error in windows, works fine in ubuntu. Tried version 3.16.2 & 3.17.5. Is aim still not supported for windows?

same with the python 3.12 docker image.
