Rename of files and folders doesn't work in Project Directory

Description

When user wants to rename files or folders in Project Directory uses double click - it doesn't work. Cursor is not activated. User can't rename a file or folder in Project Directory.

Steps to Reproduce

1. User in Project Directory
2. Double click to rename file or folder
3. User is unable to rename file or folder, double click is not activate
   cursor and user can't rename file or folder

Expected Result

When user double clicks to rename file or folder, cursor is activated and user can rename file or folder in Project Directory.
