Add New Environment doesn't work correctly

Description

When user creates a New Environment and clicks Enter, user doesn't see new environment in the list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. User opens Environment Dropdown
2. User enter New Environment Name to Environment Field
3. User clicksEnter

Expected Result
When user creates a New Environment and wants to click Enter to add a New Environment. User can see New Environment in the list. Enter Button works
