Allow selection of an image from gallery and sending it.

Needed sub-features:

Select images from gallery or file managers
Save selected picture to app local storage
Prepare preview image for chat activity, save to app cache
Implement picture viewer to open big picture from chat activity, support pin to zoom, share to other contacts/apps, save to gallery

What else?
