Powershell issues after Windows 11 upgrade

Having issues after I was forced to be an earlier adopter of Windows 11 to test Powershell. I've been unable to get anything to work after the upgrade.
Windows 11 Enterprise version 23H2 OS build 22631.2861

When I fire up the terminal window I'm first given the PSReadline issue and then basically anything I type in next is met with the type initializer error.
I have tried running pwsh with no profile.
I have tried reinstalling PS 7.
I'm not sure what to try next.

Cannot load PSReadline module. Console is running without PSReadline.

I ended up uninstalling PowerShell 7.4.2 and reinstalling it and now it works.
