packages/paddlejs-converter is outdated and doesn't work anymore #514

None of the latest models of PPOCR seem to have js equivalent models. Is there any plan to convert the python models to js models.

I tried using the paddlejs-converter package. But, the utilities over there are outdated and do not work anymore.
