Capture delay slider steps

When I scroll the delay slider I have 50 steps to scroll from 0s to 10s.
Because there are only 29 values (10 from 0-90ms, 9 from 100ms-900ms and 10 from 1s-10s) there is sometimes no change by a single scroll up/down.
It would be nice if the step count is set to 29 instead of 50.
