Potential report feature extensions

Ideas that didn't make the cut in #1103

• Reports: use forums #1118

Suggestion: If a message is reported, maybe include the last X messages of the member in that channel, for context

Suggestion: A third sub command to the /reports to show all the pending reports (maybe restrict to the last day to avoid useless stuff), maybe /reports pending [time] where time would be the maximum time the command fetches
