can you please support pingTunnel pleas

in our country like Iran servers IP get banned and we can not use things like vless, vmess or any other protocols, but even in this situation we can ping the server with ICMP protocol!! its wierd but it works, i run PingTunnel on my banned server and some how its work. the only problem is that there is no Android client for it.
