A Pixel Tablet Dock and Search bar position like you see on the Pixel Tablet

Why would it be useful to add?

I want this feature added because I'm going for a Pixel Tablet setup on my Samsung Tablet.
And because other people are probably going for the same thing.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)
