Describe the bug

on desktop, click APP A, lawnchair open APP B instead of A

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to desktop
Click on APP A
APP B opened instead of A
Exit APP B, click APP A, now it works

Expected behavior

Should open the APP I clicked
