[BUG] auto open previous closed APP when exit current APP #4440

Describe the bug

Click BACK button to exit the current application, it will open the previous one instead of back to desktop.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open APP A
Close APP A through BACK button
Will auto open previous closed APP B
Close APP B through BACK button, back to desktop

Expected behavior

Always back to desktop
