[FEATURE] Long Press BACK to Sleep on any app

Describe the feature

Definitely similar to the Gesture - Back Button Tap -> Sleep.
But instead, long press/hold BACK on any app to Sleep, the current settings require to be at Home Screen to do so.

Why would it be useful to add?

Due to the lack of customizable memory management on Android or devices with less memory, getting to Home screen may cause certain high memory usage app to be killed to free space. Less memory swap to preserve battery etc.
