In SRFI-163 there is new syntax:
#2a((11 12 13) (21 22 23))
It's currently not possible to implement this as an extension.
Using Regular Expression together with string may allow to implement this:
New proposal:
(set-special! #/#[0-9]+a/ 'make-array lips.specials.SPLICE)
I'm not sure how hard it will be to extend the Lexer to use regex instead of string literal.
