Add content pack support for index field type profiles

the ability to have Index Templates included into Content
Packs

Why?

It's an awesome feature and I would like to copy one template
from one Graylog to another

The customer's idea would seem to be that once a customer field type profile is created, that it would be able to be exported in a content pack.
