It sort of happens unexpectedly. I haven't noticed a pattern yet, except that it has happenned at least 3 times in the last hour, when I was moving components around and rearranging wires.

This happens to me too on Windows-64. Happened whenever I moved anything that was connected to a specific custom 2-bit decoder. After some experimentation, I eventually got a bizarre error where all components and several connections vanished. Whenever I try to do anything on that save file, I get an UncaughtTypeError saying "Cannot read property 'length' of null". This happens even after opening and closing the save file, rendering it basically ruined. (Thankfully it was a relatively small file).
