have character limit on the response form chat engine (system prompt method not working)

I've written the prompt in very much detail, and mentioned the response shouldn't be more than 500 characters including space, but still I see the response more than 1000 characters.

I'm using Context Chat Engine with Simple Document Loaders with gpt4o and temperature set to 0.
