错误报告 🐞

按照项目配置了自己的文心的api key，但是访问的时候出现报错：

🤖️：消息机器人摆烂了，请稍后再试～
错误信息: Open api daily request limit reached

错误描述 🤔

此处所指的open api limit并不是我自己付费开通的文心一言服务的api限制。在刚刚对接上文心一言时，提过一次问，之后所有提问都是这个报错反馈，因此，我觉得应该是服务内部中，存在一些配置错误，希望能够修复，多谢。
