Darken Background when Side Panel is Open

When the Side Panel is opened, we should darken the main screen ( similar to what happens when the modal is open ) to make user focusing in the Side Panel easier.

Better make it optional, in my case it wouldnt filt in the style

I dont think dimming the lights a bit would mess with the styling but yes, it could be optional !
