Core Tools reporting wrong host version in func command #3717

Run the func command for version 5858. You will see

 func

Azure Functions Core Tools
Core Tools Version:       4.0.5858 Commit hash: N/A +f9ca1cc1f385317a558bc35b3a3fc96af22665e4 (64-bit)
Function Runtime Version: 4.834.3.22875

This is the wrong Function Runtime Version. the system here should be reporting 4.34.2, I believe.

Your Azure Function Tools got updated. Most likely you have now version: 4.82.0
