Issue Details

AdGuard ignores sound effects settings of AdGuard notifications, making them completely silent.
Some users would like to have an opportunity to customize sound effects, vibration and e.t.c.

Proposed solution

Let users enable sound effect of notifications to have a full control over their notification preferences
