[Feature Request]: Add turbo sampler to the new version of webui🙏🏼

What would your feature do ?

Forge's DPM++ 2m SDE turbo sampler only needs 8 steps to produce the same quality as the DPM++ 2M Karras 20 step, and it takes half the time. It can be used regardless of whether it is a turbo model or not. FP8 has already improved VRAM consumption, so it should be the same There must also be speed improvement of A1111 (the branch with speed improvement cannot use FP8)
