Load image files as color palettes in Colors > Get Colors

• At least improve the error dialog for clarity when an image file is selected
• Load exact palettes from palettized (indexed color) images, when palettes aren't too large
• Extract palette from image data
  • This is much more subjective and likely requires some UI to tune the number of colors chosen at least, if not picking colors by picking points on the image interactively, like coolors
  • There are libraries for this, like extract-colors and vibrant.js
